My name is Mary and I’m a SAHM of 3 boys (that is where the G-A-B comes from…their initials!)

I started the site as a place to share ideas with others on how to live a little more frugally.  As a SAHM one of my jobs is to be the family CFO, so  in order to maximize the family finances I do all I can to spend less, save more, eliminate debt and  bring in a little extra income, too!   Of course  I am trying to teach our 3 boys a little bit in the process as well.

Truth in Blogging:

Often there will be product reviews on this blog. I believe fully in giving my honest opinion of any product I am reviewing, whether I bought it myself,  or have received it without cost.

I will do my best to indicate how and why I received said item.   The various ways I acquire a product may be I purchased a product, received a free sample that I requested, received a sample that may have come to me unsolicited, is something a company has sent me to review, is a review I am doing as part of a group I belong to, or something I may be compensated for in some other way.

Rest assured you will get my honest opinion, no matter how I acquired a product.
